Choosing officers

Reliability based on what happened.

Officer profiles show ratings alongside reliability, attendance and licence details. Reliability comes from logged shift evidence, so it reflects what an officer actually did, not just what someone thought of them.

Ratings go both ways. Officers rate your sites on safety, briefing, accuracy, conduct and payment. Clear briefings and on-time payment make your shifts the ones good officers want.

The shift provider remains responsible for the terms of the engagement and for meeting licensing, insurance and right-to-work obligations in the UK. Guardlane provides the marketplace and the operational record.
Can I take payment through Guardlane today?
